I’ve had this fryer for almost a year, and it has performed nicely. We haven’t seen the problems that others have.  For the price, I really like the features of this model. The 4 liter capacity is perfect to a hold a gallon jug of oil. The maximum temperature setting is actually 385, not 375 as described above. The controls are simple and straight forward.  I looked at a lot of other models before choosing this one. I liked the ones with “easy drain” features, but the space required for the drain took away cooking space, the upper temperature was a little lower, or they were more expensive.  This Euro Pro Deep Fryer also comes with a normal large basket and 2 half-size baskets. The smaller ones are nice when we’re frying 2 types of food at the same time, like onions in one and potatoes in the other. Not a major feature, but a nice little extra.
