I started with the Delonghi Cool Touch Deep Fryer because its the most affordable that Delonghi has to offer in terms of deep fryers. The deep fryers often go on sale so to see the price, go to the Delonghi official website http://shotdelonghi.com to see what the price is right now.
This was the first Delonghi Deep Fryer that I purchased. It was the reason that I decided to use the this 
brand of deep fryer for the rest of my life. That was about 3 years ago and I still have it to this day, and it still works great!
First things first. The ease of cleaning is amazing for a fryer. Just drain the oil with the spiffy little drain tube, wipe out the insides, throw the basket in the dishwasher and your home free. I love the “cool to touch” and that the basket can be lowered with the lid shut. Also, I love the window to see the food. Most deep fryers I have used in the past fog really badly, this one does not. The Delonghi Deep Fryer comes with a magnetic cord as a safety feature, so when the three year old tugs on it, it just pulls right off. This is important when dealing with hot oil.

This was my most recent Delonghi Deep Fryer purchase. I will probably never use any other deep fryer again. I am absolutely in love with this deep fryer. My wife will argue with me because it takes up a little more counter space than the others I am reviewing.
If you want industrial strength with a deep fryer in your kitchen this is the way to go. This deep fryer will comfortably and accurately cook up to 3 pounds of food. This deep fryer is super efficient and will cook your food faster than most in home deep fryers. This deep fryer also comes with the magnetic plug in which will make it extremely safe to use, especially with young ones in the house. I havnt even mentioned how nice this deep fryer looks. Yes it does the job, but it does it in style! This is the nicest looking and most effective deep fryer I have ever owned. It doesn’t use a lot of counter space, but if you are looking for something small you might want to check out the deep fryer review. It is the smallest that Delonghi has to offer.
