I never fry foods on the stove top – makes me too nervous, plus it’s messy. This fryer is the trick. Many fryers have a glass top for viewing, this unit is totally see-thru allowing you to monitor the food more easily. Clean-up is a breeze. The whole family loves it, and was searching for stuff in the freezer they could fry. French fries taste so much better this way, than when baked in the oven. Very easy to use. A great product overall!
