If you use this deep fryer you are probably cooking for a big group. It holds up to ten pounds and can feed a
large group of people. This is actually more of a commercial sized deep fryer but can be used easily in the home. It is going to be a little more expensive than most deep fryers but that is because you are paying for commercial type quality.
The quality of frying is amazing on this model. But it probably should be since its going to set you back about $300. Its definitely expensive and is probably not necessary in most households. This would be the model you are looking for if you regularly host big get together with friends or family. If you are willing to fork over the money for this deep fryer you are not going to be disappointed. This Anvil Deep Fryer gets hot fast and fries even faster. It is also very high quality and will last you a very long time. I would recommend everyone get one if they were not so dang expensive.
